2. Our Products

All items in the Mystic Pots online shop are handmade in small batches and may vary slightly in size, shape, and glaze. These natural variations are part of their charm and not considered defects.

3. Gift Cards

Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Gift cards do not expire and can be redeemed for classes or items in the shop. Gift cards are transferable but not redeemable for cash.

4. Custom Orders

Custom items are made-to-order and are non-refundable. If a custom item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our ceramics, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your item.

6. Classes & Scheduling

Class spots are reserved upon payment. We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. No-shows may forfeit the class fee. We reserve the right to reschedule a class due to weather, illness, or other emergencies. With your consent, photos may be taken during class and used for promotional purposes on the website, social media, or marketing materials. For participants under 18, photo consent must be given by a parent or legal guardian.
